Covercraft all the way! Ive got their Weathershield HP and have no complains. I second the batter tender, I use detran's tender + on my garage queen and john deere.

This cover is on the top of my list (Covercraft Weathershield HP), is it still holding up well?
Basically I'm looking for protection from dust and sun only, is it really soft and light enough for everyday use?

Is it soft and light for everyday use? Yes, on a freshly washed vehicle.

My Covercraft is still holding up well, but I also live in a Temperate climate. I can only imagine how powerful the sun is in your location! Is the cover going to be exposed to the elements? Or used inside a covered area, such as a parking garage?

No garage but it'll be in the shade most of the time in a carport
