    Re: Weathertech Liners

Yes. I have previously and currently have husky liners in another vehicle which I like also but after getting a set for my Silverado I like the fit much better. Also they do not slide around. They are 100% worth the money

A suggestion, if you are buying for a truck check out cabelas. They sell weathertech under the trailgear II label. I ordered these and they even came in weathertech boxes. Same identical mats just made for cabelas. A little cheaper also especially if you have a coupon ( I Have a $20 off 120 purchase right now if you would like the code PM me)

I have the Weathertech truck/trunk liner in wifes SRX. It has saved spills and grocery issues many times. I would expect the same from mats.

The WeatherTech Floor Liners are the best mat ever made. End of discussion.

I like them also. However, when do get to see the nice carpart that you paid for when you bought the car. Rubber mats and such are ugly. I know because I have a use them. I think that I will take them out when the weather gets nice and run with carpert mats that came with the car.

If you are willing to trash the OEM mats a bit I wonder if you could put the weather tech mats directly on the floor and then put the OEM mats on top? Maybe get some of that slide resistant tape stuff or maybe some of the 3M hook and loop stuff(amazing product) to keep them from sliding around?

I am sure WeatherTech would say NO to this idea. Possible interference with pedals or slipping of OEM mats. I don't think the liners would provide good adhesion. Lack of adhesion is probably part of the reason they clean up so well.

    I don't think I would try that.

I have 2 sets of the liners, 1 in my Silverado that I have had for 6 or 7 years and they still clean up very well. I also have a set in my new Volvo, these are their digital fit liners and the fit is very good, the only issue I have is they are little wavy on the top edges.

    Re: Weathertech Liners

I'm kind of torn I have a set of WT digital fits in my wife's Honda and the top edge on the driver's side is wavy and even with heat gun use doesn't stay flat for long-I'd have to use velcro. This allows dirt to get between the liner and the door sill. The passenger side is perfect. I ended up going with Husky's again on my new truck.
