They will fit on the top shelf as well. I just assumed you were planning on storing the buckets on the bottom shelf when not in use.

    Here’s mine.

Gut a Luxor cart, some tool hanger racks at HD for the brushes and some restaurant speed bottle racks (amazon). You can pretty much customize it the way you want. I have too much stuff Total cost was less than $150 and can shuffle things around if needed.

Does that cart have wheel locks? Also, can you link those spray bottle racks on amazon? I couldn't find them

It does have locks. The bottle racks are called speed rails (for bars). Cant remember if I got them on Amazon or at a restaurant supply store.

Sure looks that way . Usually, the top is pretty clear, I just finished up some stuff and didn't put everything away. I usually just load it up for the job I'm going to do.

Those bottle racks are exactly what I'm looking for also for my Luxor cart. If you find where you purchased them please post - I can't find them on Amazon either. Thanks!

If you google "plastic speed rail" you should find a number of options, also someone on ebay sells 3 for $45 with free shipping. I paid around $15 each for mine. Below link is an example. Wish I could remember where I got mine from, but it was 3 or 4 years ago.

Advance Tabco KS-2K 24" Black Plastic Speed Rail
