I just got a new full size Chevy Truck. How many cans of Can Coat will it take to do a complete job on this vehicle, I have never used Can Coat before ?

You only need 10-15ml of product per average size vehicle. Can coat gives you alot of value per bottle
Also, a little tip that helped me to not over apply the product, i bought a little 2oz spray bottle from DI and only put the 10-15ml of product in. Really helped me gauge how much i was using. Just my personal preference

One and you’ll likely have some left over. I have plenty left after my Lincoln Navigator L.

About a 1/4 of a can. There is plenty to coat multiple vehicles in the can.

First time users go heavy on the first application.

Here is what I got out of one can and still had about 1/3 left:
- 3x applications to a Mk6 VW GTI
- 2x applications on a 2013 Toyota Highlander
My can went bad long before I could use it all up. I can't help but wonder if they would increase their customer base if sold a can half the size of what they offer now. It would be much better suited to people who only have a couple cars. Add the fact it lasts upwards of 12 months and really don't use it up very fast. I'm sure I'm not the only one who lost product due to wastage.

Yes i did go heavy my first time lol, and i remember you telling me that after i commented on it in a thread last year. I have since backed off and application has gone much smoother.
But my comment on you saying to use about 1/4 bottle..was that real? I only ask because gyeon states ya only need 10-15ml per vehicle. Thats where i got that number.
Im not being a wanker, im genuinly asking. Just want to make sure im doing it correctly.

Re: Gyeon Can Coat
You will have plenty of CanCoat left. I use CanCoat EVO on my trim and tonneau cover for my RAM. It's very easy to use and the can is 200ML enough to coat your ride at least 2 to 3 times.
As for 1st time use, IMO a thin coat is all you need. Going heavy will cause streaks and High Spots. Thin to win.
