    Question Vinyl Headlight Protection ?

I'd like to get something to protect my headlights while they are new. I've seen that Weathertech offers their "LampGard" coverings. Anyone have experience installing these? Their video suggests having a professional install them but they do have video instructions and it doesn't look that difficult.

I've been looking into having several things done to my new Pilot like Chrome Delete and a couple of other things but I've been a little surprised at how much it costs to have this done "professionally".

I’ve used xpel on my personal cars. The application is straight forward but I’ve done it so often. They help keep the headlights looking new and will protect against rock chips.

The second best approach would be a coating or a sealant. They won’t protect against rock chips and will have to be reapplied more often.

Never seen or looked into the Weathertech Offering. IMO just get some PPF and learn. Key is the activation and to heat and stretch it.

X-pel and WT would be the way to go. PRE CUT for your vehicle. Had them on a 05 Jeep wrangler. Install was not too bad.

I wouldn't worry too much about that. Throw a coating on your headlights when your coating the paint and keep moving
