Help me choose a new compound (What's your fav compound)
Hey guys, always nice to hear what compounds you guys are using on mainly hard paints.
I have Koch Chemie H9, Megs 110, Menzerna 400 at the moment.
Was looking to add one or two, mainly Rupes Course Blue and Griots Fast Correcting Compound (FCC).
Also CarPro UltraCut. Also have access to School S2 Black, and 3D products.
What should be my next compound that cuts well and finished off well? Mostly just heavy swirled cars and harder VAG paint

You're pretty well stacked.
The Rupes was pretty heavy in cut and finished well, but can get pretty dusty.
You might really like Jescar Correction Compound, Or Sonax Ultimate Cut. I haven't use their Cutmax, but that might work well for you.
For me, whatever 3D ONE and a Uro-Fiber can't remove, I'll use 3D ACA500. I also have Megs M110, and Optimun Intensive Polish, and Hyper Compound. Thise Optimum product usually marr so badly that Hyper Polish struggles to remove them.

Cutmax is easy to use. And Ultracut gets a lot of good feedback and is a relatively newer compound on the market.
The compounds you already have look quite capable though.

Thanks guys, look Ive been through all of the "older" compounds through the last 12 years or so, but Ive just got back into doing detailing after a 4 year hiatus, and just upgrading everything I got.
I guess Im still on the hunt to find something that dusts the least, and still finishes off well on harder paints. Dusting has always been an issue as Im out in Africa where its hot and humid, so while my work garage is cool, it doesnt have AC and Ive juist had a lot of dusting

Have always had good luck with any of the Sonax correcting products, so it’s hard to go wrong there…
…but Griots Fast Correcting Cream is always my “go to” when I’m not getting the correction I need, yet don’t want to be too aggressive.
Perhaps if I acquired and taught myself how to use a rotary with a wool pad or something like that than the correcting liquid wouldn’t be as important .
My vote would be to try FCC if you are using a DA with microfiber or foam pads.

I use 3D ACA500 (as well as ONE, ACA520. And AAA502) mostly because of the dust reduction. Jescar Correction Compound, Sonax Ultimate Cut, and CarPro Ultracut all cut hard and finished great on a pretty wide variety of finishes - without the dusting of the products past.
For me dusting is something I want to mitigate as much as physically possible

The Koch Chemie was a waste of time & $ for me-- I used it once and threw it in the trash.
I have had good results with the Jescar like dlc95 suggested. Griots Fast Correcting creme & Sonax 04-06 worked good for me also.

Same here with the Koch. I don't get the hype I guess.

I'm a big Sonax CutMax fan and vary my pads to get what I need.
I also like HD One but the wipe off is a b***h. 2 towels do the trick.

You will want to stay clear of Rupes then.
I would choose FCC over Rupes blue.
