Re: Dash on 20017 Challenger need help
Common problem on the Dodge Challengers especially after being in cold weather. Any good vinyl cleaner and then a vinyl protectant has worked for me. I use Meguiar's. No reall long lasting effects and when the cold weather returns so will the chalky white residue.
Re: Dash on 20017 Challenger need help
Ok got the Car in now its back to black LOL +27C today. So we wash it with PH sope R/O water will see if this work. We live in a cold place -40C. So if the cold is the going to do this we stuck at no fix
Re: Dash on 20017 Challenger need help
Don't touch it and have your customer take a lot of photos with documentation and contact Dodge Headquarters if the dealer is unwilling to help him.

Better that they do it than you. You will get blamed for the end results. Do your customer a favor and don't touch it. Having the dash turn white on a brand new car because it's cold is unacceptable.

I agree, totally unacceptable. I wonder if Dodge would pay to have it wrapped in leather?
