Baked on MEG's UC

I was using Meg's ultimate compound with a 4" rotary. It was getting dark and I thought I removed it all. I wasn't able to look at it late in the next day. Needless to say there was splatter everywherey. And since I live in South FL it is now baked on. How do I get it off without having to compound again? It just won't rub off!
Plus how do I blackin the door handles and rubber back to black?. The handles are the worst and the black on the running tube brackets. Please help, thank you!

try washing the car, try using All purpose Cleaner to help remove it. You can spray a diluted APC on it (ex: 1:10 APC:water ratio), let it sit a bit then wash.

look for a trim coating/trim restorer to bring back the rubber/doorhandles

•Meguiar's UC contains (per its MSDS):
-CAS# 64742-88-7...Solvent naphtha (petroleum)
-CAS# 64742-46-7...Hydrotreated middle distillate (petroleum)

•Since you do not want to "compound again":
-Naphtha will suffice in removing the UC's unwanted remnants.

Dampen a cloth with the Naptha.
Gently blot the UC-spots with the Naptha impregnated cloth.
Remove UC residue with another cloth.

This process may have to be repeated.
Do not allow the Naptha to dwell too long.
Be sure to wash the affected areas.
Then:
I recommend an application of your choice of LSP.
