    Removing paint from interior carpet

A client called me today and asked if I could remove some spilled paint from the trunk carpet.I told them to bring the car by tomorrow and I would see what I could do. They sent me a picture and this is what I received:

The paint is interior wall paint, semi-gloss Orange. I don't have a carpet extractor but I do have a steamer, carpet brushes both handheld and for a drill, vacuum, Lightning Fast Stain Extractor and I also have a bottle of Lift Off.

Any recommendations on removing this stuff? Apparently it's pretty heavy in some spots.

spray your lift off on the paint so it can soften the paint then try pealing or either use plastic razor or knift to lift up the paint then spray your cleaner on the carpet then steam clean the surface you cannot brush trunk carpet why because it will be shaggy

Thanks for the tips! When I saw it in person it was obvious there was no saving it. The "carpet" in the trunk is so thin that it bled through the whole thing and even into the cardboard lining underneath the fabric. Told him that it probably would be cheaper to just replace the piece
