I am trying to buy karcher electric pw b/c it will fit my budget
and connect to water tank
Does anybody know this will work without water pump?

Yup, it will work. All Karcher pressure washers are self priming and can suck water from a static source. Kranzle pressure washers are also self priming but they cost some dinero $$$$.
