Thanks to everyone for their input.
I'm going to get the 5.5" pads as suggested.

i got the pc 7424xp and i just got my order of pads in also i got ccs pads AG has them in a 6 pack. I really like how they work and they are a great price!!!! I use meg 105/205 combo and a various aray of glazes and sealants and you might want to consider getting a couple of the orange and a couple of the white, im new to this too so this is just my .02. I like to have extra pads so i am not wasting time cleaning it during the job. Good luck those cars look great in silver!

^ Just got that 6 pack too. I got 1-yellow, 3-orange (pad that gets used the most for 1 stage correct when I detail on the side), 2-white. I also finally broke down and purchased the M-105 new formula and used it on my dad's truck and hollly mother of all things good. Boy does it do the trick...not finished and will post pics later. Major spider webs and holograms and it cut through them all with 1 or 2 passes w/ my yellow and orange pads. WOW!

To the OP I would get at least 1-yellow it is always good to have one in your arsenal.
