Detailing a new/used car from dealership

Hello Mike, I am picking up my 2013 black 328I from the BMW dealership on Friday. What should I do as far as detailing? Should a I wait a while? I think BMW is going to deliver it well detailed, just wondering if I should take things into my own hands and go through a full detail including clay bar, glazing, sealing etc. Thanks for your recommendation. Jim

Decline any delearship preparation, not even a wash. They probably already did a reconditioning when they took it in, but don't let their guys touch it again. There are plenty of horror stories on this forum from dealership detailing work.

Yikes! Too late, they did there detail this morning. I asked them for a list of what they did. Think I'll probably do a full detail this weekend. Thank you for the information.

Thanks to Dealerships I am on my 3rd full correction of a less than 1,000 mile auto/suv this week. They are a great source of work!
