Have not used it.
The way you describe it means it’s a cleaner/wax.

Never heard of this one, and really dunno how it could be paint shop safe if it contains any waxes?
I know 3M has always made good products, all their Glazes are great.
From old memory, I know the old Waxcoa Orbital Machines (Waxers) used to come with both a Glaze and a Wax, and they suggested blending the two right onto the Bonnet, then apply to vehicle.
With that said, I imagine one could "franken-lab" a concoction of various sorts of their own, and go at it.

Thanks for your reply, looks interesting, and looks like it removes swirls not fills, looking into it further.
I would say a another coat or two of wax or sealant like Wolfgang would be the way to go.
Also would be interesting to see what it looks like on a car paint, give a warm look or wet look?
Thanks again
