    P21s wax.. Not impressed

I have a 2006 Arctic White corvette, that i had recently clayed and polished and sealed ( wolfgang ) and was pleased.. And in the last couple weeks added Adams quick detailer ( like it ) to keep it up.
Well ive just finished adding a coat of P21s wax on top, and well im hard pressed to see why i would spend this kind of money to add this on top for little rewards... I loose the slickness to my finish... and hard pressed to say any better gloss/shine.
GEE my adams quick detailer gave me better results on top of my already prep/sealed job..AND slick after i apply..
Or maybe i shouldnt make that a deal breaker on the P21s .

Just goes to show that, sometimes:
"Layering" ain't all that it's cracked up to be!

    Also:
P21S' characteristics are usually what is to be
expected from most carnauba Waxes, IMO.

I too see layering as more the issue .. both products (Wolfgang, P21S) are great on their own and likely any difference together is harder to note. Perhaps consider trying P21S on its own.

Also if you like Adams detailer, consider Blackfire on top of Wolfgang. WOW !

I like the looks of a sealant on white or silver, not sure if you have the P21 100% wax but that's the one I've used. Haven't used it in awhile but I was happy with it

Polymer sealants will almost feel slicker than a carnuba wax. Sealants will give a reflective hard candy shine. Whereas waxes will give a warmer glow. Light colors are difficult to shine and if your after max shine, you should stay with a sealant.

    I have P21 100 %.

I think, it may be that i prefer the polish/sealant on my arctic white,, better than wax alone.. But will have to clean it down and compare.....Seen that posted else where from people claiming they like using a good polish/sealant - vs wax

Nothing to add here that hasn't been said. I had an arctic white corvette. P21s is a great wax for it's price but on white a sealant is the way to go. Do yourself a favor and pick up an $11 bottle of Duragloss 111 or a tin of FK1000P.
