I met the owner at our 3rd Cars & Coffee show while walking around talking with local car guys....

It's kind of an art to be able to walk up to a complete stranger and while introducing yourself you compliment their ride while at the same time let them know you see a little room for improvement....

You should also teach things like this as marketing techniques in your articles and books.
