Looking for a tough Soap/Shampoo for Truck.

I use my 2013 Chevrolet Duramax Diesel for work, and am on the road 400-500 miles a day towing. I have a pressure washer with a foam canon, and am currently using chemical guys Citrus Wash and Gloss. It does an okay job of cutting through the dirt and grime, but I still need to put in some serious elbow grease to get this truck clean. What would you guys recommend? Also what would be a good wash brush?

    Thanks
    Mike

I use CG Citrus Wash and Gloss as well in the summer, but during winter i add about 2 ounces of CG Grime Reaper (APC) and it cleans the paint much better without any elbow grease. Simply rinse, spray on, let dwell and spray off.

Welcome to autogeek, nice diesel, only soaps I could think of is iron-x snow foam soap or Detailer's Auto Bath Shampoo as for wash media don't used a brush paint don't like brushes they rather have microfiber was mitt, or microfiber wash mop

Boars hair brushes is said to be paint safe as long as you soak it 30 mins before washing the vehicle I personally don't use brushes though

2oz of CG's Citrus Red in 5 gallons of water is amazingly slick and cleans pretty well.

I use CG wash clear and a few ounces of OPC as a touchless wash during the cold season to knock of the winter grime. Works great!

Re: Looking for a tough Soap/Shampoo for Truck.

This will do the job better than many US products. It is quite a strong caustic alkaline product, effectively a bit like a very aggressive APC. Just make sure you dilute properly because you could damage all that chrome if you don't. Also, it is not suitable for hand washing and could cause skin irritation if you were to get the wash solution on your hands.
