Would these work for a Vehicle Prep

My girlfriend works as a nurse and her office was getting rid of some supplies that they are no longer able to use.

What in the World are you prepping a car for...A surgical operating room!!

Uses for quaternary ammonium based products:
-Slime control in pulp and paper manufacturing processes
    -Swimming pool algaecide.
-Anti-antimicrobial (used as a disinfectant, sanitizer, germicide, deodorant, fungicide, and/or algaecide).
    -Bacteriostat

One Very Important *Caution*: Do not mix/use these with anything but water!!

Well really my idea is to use them for anything. I was wondering if they would be a good vehicle prep for applying wax, sealant, or even a permanent coating.

If they would not harm the interior then I would use them for interior disinfection.

It would be something to consider if dealing with death or serious body injuries. If vehicle was used to transport. Other than that I can't see it unless I was part of a "cleaner crew".

Quats are also widely used in the food service industry for disinfecting hard surfaces. I'm not so sure car paint "needs" to be germ free?

I was thinking more so for removing polish oil from the surface before applying a wax, sealant or permanent coating.
