definition of buffing
I've come to learn that there are several interpretations of the word buffing. When I was a hobbyist the definition to me meant paint correction. Typically When a dealer ask you to include buffing when a prepping a car, what are the expectations with this? A light pass with a rotary and a filler.

What they would want you to do is spend 12 hours on the paint using various polishing procedures and only have to pay you $100
What they typically end up with is 1 pass via rotary polisher; using a dirty wool pad, while being operated by an inexperienced hand
