I use either a chrome clean/polisher or a paint cleaner. Both will work just fine

Go softly on the 'emblems', good chance they are 'plastic chrome' and that plating is super thin. An 'All in One' usually works well.
Exhaust tip is metal (or it should be,can't see that being plastic).
