Question Cleaning Fly Droppings from Auto Paint?

Anyone have a product that easily cleans dried house fly dropping from white auto paint? Was able to do with auto soap and bug scrubber sponge. But, took big time scrub effort and repeated tries. Am looking for a product that makes it easier to do, short of repainting the car a darker color. Thanks

It sounds like you have some HUGE flies!!! ###?! Try some Tarminator from Stoners with the bug sponge. Let the product sit for alittle bit.

I know exactly what your talking about. I see them all the time here in south Louisiana. Any tar remover will work. I use tar-x, a quick spray on the corner of a microfiber an ill let the towel sit for a bit on the spot then it wipes right off. ( if they didn't come off in a traditional wash which they normally do.) Hope this helps

Chances are those "fly droppings" are actually artillary fungus if you park near mulch beds. They appear small and dark brown and when fresh scratch off with a fingernail. Tarminator or Tar X may help soften them but they're still a pain in the neck and frequently leave a stain on the paint that needs polished out. YMMV.

I've seen that "####" before. We have a tennis ball hanging on a string in the garage so that it hits the windshield. It's so we know where to stop. Flies like to chill on that string and their is always little black dots on the windshield right under it. Damn flies.

Yes they are fly droppings. Maybe never noticed before because did not park white vehicle in first bay of garage. Will try tar remover. Was able to get with heavy duty cleaner and elbow grease but had to repeat several times to get all crud off. Was hoping someone had an EASY way to remove.
