I agree with everyone else. Get a quality DA like the Griots or the Meguiars to start the learning process. If down the line you feel like your missing something, then start to think about a rotary. Even if you do get a rotary, you will still use your DA to finish off your work, and for LSP's.

Hi everyone thank you all for this helpfull info. It will help me a lot. Currently I am using a locally made rotary buffer & Meguiar's polishes to do the job.
