Cat spray is very difficult to remove. You must find the source (area of interior)

As Flash said you must find the contaminated area. If it’s in the carpet or cloth upholstery you will need to use an enzyme and an extractor. If carpet you may have to remove to get to the back side. Cloth upholstery will need a good soaking then extracted. Good luck
