Right pad for jeweling

What pad do you suggest for use on a rotary for jeweling paint with either Menzerna 85RD or 3M Ultrafine / Ulrafina?

I love using a red pad myself. Depends how hard the paint is, though. On harder paints, a gray pad may be more effective. For everything else, red seems to do just fine.

black, blue or red. I like the flat pads and not the CCS ones.
