How do I get these spots of my windows w/o scratching them?

    HI,
I the windows on this car I just purchased have heavy spots on them. I have tried cleaning them with numerous products and even using a razor blade.

    but I have tried
    isopropanol,
    nail polish remover (acetone.)
Rain X and rainX waterspot remover,
    Mequairs wheel and tire cleaner,
    coca cola,
    Paint prep (for painting cars,)
    windex...
The only thing that has cut through it is Weiman Glass cooktop cleaner and elbow grease... but I am afraid I may have scratched the window.

I Have been unable to upload images so I have shared them and posted links.

Are there any new products that will work with out cutting into the glass?
I Have enough trouble seeing out the windshields due to scratches from road debri... I do not want to add micro scratches on the windsheild.

    Thanks,
    Kevin

They will have to be polished off.
Do you have a DA polisher?

I am going to have to google DA polisher... but i was thinking of trying to aquire an 6" orbital polisher. I Have a 10" one but it is awkward.

Basically same thing......get a 3" to do windows, really easy to handle, especially corners

If I do that, can I expect to get micro-scratches.
My last car's windshield was very hard to see through when driving towards the sun... or bright lights... due to the refractions in all the scratches.

No kidding: replacing a windshield these days is well over $1000 due to internal wires, mounting electronics and calibration charges (in excess of $800.)
If there will be scratching, best not to do the windshield and just deal with the spots. Not as important on the side windows.

No. I have never experienced/noticed micro scratches from using da on glass. I treat the glass like paint basically. I think you'll be happy.
