I have not but I see no reason why it wouldn't work with 3D Speed. I have used the Rupes Yellow Foam Pads and the Rupes Yellow Wool Pads and like both but I like the wool pads better because they are easier to clean with compressed air and a pad brush. The wool pads also will take out more defects and polish up a little better in my experience. An AIO should work great for what you want to do.
