    Post Get new Customer

Hi, IÂ’m Trace and IÂ’m new to this forum. I found it by just searching on google. I just started my mobile detailing service and I would like to get as much customers I can get. I posted on Craigslist about my service but that site seems outdated as most people donÂ’t use it for certain things anymore. What site can I post my detailing service to get some customer so I can be book at least 3-4 times a week?

    Re: Get new Customer

Hopefully you have a website for your business with gallery pics of your completed vehicles, customer comments, menu of services etc.
Encourage customers to leave reviews on Google and Yelp. Many customers considering your services will "google" your business looking at reviews and overall Google rating....Reputation Mgt.
Call customers back after 72 hours and thank them for their business...ask if they are satisfied with service and ask for referral from family and friends.
Hand out business cards with "offer" on back.
If you have the budget....consider Search Engine Marketing. Paid searches.
Go to local car shows and set up tent with flyers and business cards.

I don't have a business, but along this idea I see detailers, PPF/wrap/tint installers, and audio installers take their own cars/trucks to Cars and Coffee events and then leave a pile of flyers and business cars on the hood or windshield. The vehicle shows their work and draws people in and they walk away with the marketing material if interested.

Another media to try is Nextdoor if it’s in your neighborhood..
