Not really a fan of him either. I've never heard of a company talk the way he does about "customer service" LOL.

Re: Electric pressure washers
Yep…I was conflicted about doing Buisness with a company that has such
“Attitude “ been in Buisness over 40
Years in the same zip code and my clients are the # 1 reason I’m still here I treat them respectfully and they always feel special after a visit to my shop…anybody can do what I do…however most service people I know don’t have a clue on taking care of a client…enough from me…the stuff the cat has at OG is worth the attitude
And he knows it too…that’s why it is the way it is…put up with it or not
Regardless I love my PW set up and all the accessories that make it soooo nice to use

It's not just you. His whiney voice drives me nuts.

I've followed him since way before he had a store. I enjoy his content and his honesty

Same here. Another aspect I enjoy is how his content didn't change when his channel and shop grew, he's still just as dedicated to testing, modifying and approving of machines and tools that the average weekend consumer can afford as he was in the beginning, as well as still showing off the $10,000 machines only large shops would, and could, buy.
He's not a salesman and not a Made for Youtube personality and I think that's what turns off most people, but it's what lends credit to his honesty.

I've watched before the store as well. I started when he traded in the F80 for the GT350. He's totally a salesman lol. There's nothing wrong with that, IMO. He's not the type of salesman that sells you anything. He's the type that isn't about selling you anything, whatever it takes. It's interesting to hear the details businesses will normally never talk about publicly. I may not buy everything he's "selling", but I do enjoy the videos. I like many of the employees he has as well. I like how he wants to honor the source in regard to products or ideas, etc. I get ideas from his content as well. I just wish he'd shutup about masks, stop hating on old people (everybody gets old if your lucky!), and just stop complaining about the people who request standard customer service.

Re: Electric pressure washers
As a person I,can’t stand the obsessed, guy. He comes across as condescending and arrogant. Claims he isn’t a retailer and yet he sell stuff, lol.
Personally I,think he’s using the mental health thing as a marketing tool.
I really also,do not like financial, sales guys (apparantly he,was,a,financial guy) as they provide no value.
But after bashing the guy, lol, I,did buy a kranzle from him. At the time I,couldn’t find them, any where else.
All of his other stuff is over priced (once you factor,in shipping) so I,just buy from ag or others.

Not sure how anyone could say he doesn't provide value. Tons of awesome free content

there is no,value provided as a financial advisor. Just a layer of money skimming.
alao, not a real value because you pay for, shipping, and no.sales. Can get supplies elsewhere.
“Awesome” content? I’d,disagree. Lots of “hey I’m ocd and this is what I like to use on my cars”. I,wouldn’t say awesome.
that being said, there was some value to,his pressure washer series, And that led to,a,sale for me.
but I,wouldn’t say awesome.
