Here's the products will be showcasing,

    Tools

    FLEX PE-150 Cordless Rotary Polisher

Any rotary or any orbital, both free spinning and gear-driven will work for machine polishing glass. The biggest difference is in correction speed and rotary trumps orbitals.

    For Sub-Surface Glass Polishing

CarPro Ceriglass Glass Polish 500 ml.

5" Polishing pads and interface pads

CarPro Rayon Glass Polishing Pad – 5 Inch 2 Pack

Griots Garage BOSS 5.5 inch Innerflex Pad - I recommend getting a few of these as they will wear-out due to overheating.

3" Polishing pads and interface pads

CarPro Rayon Glass Polishing Pad – 3 Inch 2 Pack

MIRKA Interface Pads - 3 Inch - I recommend getting a few of these as they will wear-out due to overheating.

    For Topical Glass Polishing

BLACKFIRE Glass Water Spot Remover 32 oz

    Pads?
Any foam or fiber cutting pad works for topical glass polishing. The thing to keep in mind is once you use a pad with a dedicated glass polish you should consider this pad dedicated for only working with a dedicated glass polish. Do not wash with paint polishing pads and do not use to polish paint.

    Glass Coating

    BLACKFIRE GLASSPRO Coating System

    Microfiber Towels

The Rag Company FTW Premium Orange Microfiber Towel

    AND.....

Hopefully will be clearing up ALL the confusion over these 2 different types of glass polishing.

    Sub-Surface Glass Polishing

This is where you are removing defects like scratches, scuffs, swirls and pits that are IN the glass, not ON the glass.

    Topical Glass Polishing

This is where you are removing defects like impacted road film, drizzle stains and bonded contaminants like overspray paint

These are two very different types of defects. EVERY TIME we post information on this or a video there is a lot of confusion. We see COMMENTS by people about how Sub-Surface glass polishing can be performed using any old product and pad and while the person may be well-meaning they are in-correct.

You cannot remove defects IN the glass using any old product. Plain and simple.

So tune in and I'll cover this topic in detail.

    Few more pictures....

Yancy and I moved the Corvette in the garage to the location we'll need the car when filming this process for the LIVE class.

Here's the wiper marks, more like scuffs than deep scratches - which is pretty common on windshields.

    Here's the driver's side...

The problem here is mostly swirls in the glass - probably from dozens of gear-heads using steel wool on glass.
