What MF towel nap is best for...

Putting on IGL Premier or the like? Do I want a short nap towel for applying this or doesn't it matter?

    Thanks

The IGL Premier is a thin, spray-on liquid.

    IGL Ecocoat Premier

YOu would apply this like any spray-on wax or sealant.

    Me?

I would use a short nap or flat weave towel. Fold the towel 4-ways and then dampen just ONE side and use this ONE side to apply over the entire car. This way you're not fighting yourself and also not filling a dry towel up with the IGL Premier.

For wipe-off, I remember this wipes of really easy, so same thing, flat weave towel.

You could apply it using a microfiber applicator pad like I show in the review Ron references. This too would be easy and save product.

The big picture is no matter what you use to apply the product - you don't want to be filling up and saturating a "thing" with the product when where you want the product is on the paint.
