LOL just had rain today...the main reason live in a condo...and there's a sprinkler near my drive way...tried to get the association to remove it...but they said no...

I wouldn't put a car cover on my car unless it was just washed. Are you going to wash your car every time you plan to put the cover on it? If not you're asking for scratches and swirls to be introduced to the paint.
Cover their sprinkler with a bucket. Or put a shield next it to it so it won't spray towards your car.

I saw a sprinkler shield in Home Depot. I was wondering if someone who had a car-sprinkler problem could probably use it.
Treat it like it's the only one in the world.

Sounds like you might need a Carport.
