Pinnacle Paintwork Cleansing Lotion vs. Meguires #7
Reading the description of the Pinnacle product, it seems very similar to the Meguires #7. What's the main difference?

First thing to come to mind is that
Meguiar’s M07 is a ‘pure Polish’ (no
abrasives) that is chock-full of their
“Trade Secret Oils”.

Assuming M07 cleans paint, they are competing products (I don’t know M07 well but I know it’s a glaze, not sure about cleaning ability but going by what Bob says above). The Pinnacle is a good cleanser and leaves it’s share of beautifying oils behind as well.

TOTALLY DIFFERENT PRODUCTS
M07 is a non-abrasive pure polish. It's basically an oil for old school lacquers and enamel paint - among other things.
Pinnacle Paintwork Cleansing Lotion is a chemical-only paint cleaner. It cleans or removes light surface impurities off the surface of paint so wax or sealant can better bond.
