I have been using wolfgang paint sealant....and SIO2 sealant spray...the sprinkler came on last night and and left water marks on my car..I washed the car this morning and the water marks are gone..will ceramic coating be better to use....

Sounds like success to me. You were able to remove the spots with a simple wash. I have had my hard water leave spots on my ceramic coating so thinking you will get them either way.

I don’t understand the problem? Simple wash off. Why would it make you consider coatings, which some have experienced etching with (for whatever that is worth).

Speaking from experience, I’d say that was the easy way out. Glad they washed off for you!

Re: weekend warrior
I should have asked at the beginning of the thread... are you using Deep Gloss Paint Sealant or SiO2 Base Sealant as your base?
