Many good ones here. Do a little reading and come up with your own conclusion.

Again do some reading on sealants and coatings. Then you can decide what is best for you!

Very vague question, and it all depends on the qualities you are looking for in an LSP. (Last Stage Product).
Like Dr Oldz suggested, do some (a lot) of reading here on the forum (use the search function to find threads pertaining to your questions) and decide which product is right for you.
It is no coincidence that man's best friend cannot talk.

Re: need help
Both sealants and ceramic coatings will give you protection from the sun (UV) and the effects of salt water.
Determining which type of product to use depends on a couple factors :
1. How much detailing experience do you have ? Generally, sealants will be easier to apply.
2. How much prep work are you willing to do ? Generally (again), coatings will require a bit more prep work.
3. What are your expectations when it comes to durability/longevity. Generally (yet again), coatings outlast sealants.
Answering those questions will help you to pick the type of product you want to use. Once you have that narrowed down, you can search this forum to find the specific product which will work best for you.
If I had to give you a recommendation right off the bat, and in lieu of the answers to the questions above, I would tell you to look at Collinite #476, the Duragloss 105/601 combination, or Wolfgang Deep Gloss Paint Sealant. All of those are sealants and easy to use (if you are a novice), yet they also provide the types of protection you are looking for as well as decent durability.

Yep. In fact, might be better for a car baking in the FLA sun.
