    Coatings and Sealants question

    Hello all,

I am looking for suggestions on coatings and sealants, currently using reload (sealant).

Any other products out there that would be worth trying as I am getting low on my reload product.

    Thanks!

    Coatings and Sealants question

You are opening yourself up to a gazillion options with this open ended question lol.

Are there any brands of coatings and sealants that you are looking at?

Are you look for a lite version of a coating? Or a full blown coating?

    Re: Coatings and Sealants question

Your best bet is to do some reading up on the different products out there and look at the reviews. Asking what is the best or what you should use will only get the answer from people in what they personally like using. No single person knows what the best product is for every situation, they only know what they like the most from what they've used.

    Appreciate your all's responses.

I've read quite a bit online and even bought Mike's detailing book, lots of great info.

Mikes one sticky about 3-Categories: Waxes, Paint Sealants and Coatings didn't mention Reload in its categories.

Not looking for a full blown coating.

Currently using Carpro' Essence and topping it with reload.

Before purchasing more Reload, I wanted to check if there are any newer products that may work better in the last 2 years since purchase.

I understand folks have their favorites.
Looking to take advantage of the sale today.

    Cheers!

    Re: Coatings and Sealants question

You have plenty of choices these days for silica type spray sealants like Reload.

If you are looking for a lite version of a coating you have Gyeon CanCoat and Cquartz Lite as options.

CQuartz lite maybe what your looking for. Has all the advantages of a ceramic coating, but much easier to apply. Comes in a 150ml bottle that can do about 4-5 cars. Life expectancy of up to 6 months.
