It’s the flex cordless orbital and cordless rotary.

Hey ya PaulMys.
This Pellenc machine is a Grape Harvester but can be configured for leaf plucking, spraying etc too.
I live in the heart of the wine industry in NZ & local Savignon Blanc are well regarded around the World. If you’re a wine drinker, next time you’re at the store look for a Marlborough Savignon Blanc.

Nice, thanks Aaryn.
Yeah, here on the North Fork of Long Island they have replaced 95% of the farms here with vineyards. So I am familiar.
There isn't ONE of them that has anything CLOSE to that machine though. Lol

With permission from FLEX North America, I am excited to announce that our Autogeek Roadshow Detailing Class in Auburn, Indiana this weekend, hosted by Mike Liebing of PRAXIS Detailing at the Kruse Museum, this will be the FIRST detailing class that will get to use the NEW Production Design of the FLEX XCE 3401 Corded and Cordless Polishers!
:)
Mike now that the cordless full size polishers and dual action machines are out, is anyone talking about a cordless polisher the size of the Griots Garage 3" polisher? I have the Rupes iBrid but there are times you need a bit more power. Right now I'm using the cordless Flex but if I want 3" machine with some power then I need the Griots so it's back to the cord. It would be nice to have a polisher the size of the Griots 3" polisher but cordless.

You mean the new plastic shroud?
I don't put my hand on it when using this tool so to me it's a non-issue and I couldn't tell you if it gets hot or it doesn't get hot again, because I don't put my hand on it.
My guess is it doesn't get near as hot as the aluminm shroud. And just to note, if you've ever used the traditional 3401 with the aluminum shroud and you noticed the shroud was hot - that's because you've been buffing like a MAD MAN and getting whatever job you're doing done fast.
No trade-offs in life.

That's a great idea and I know I've been wanting a tool like this and a LOT of other people have been wanting a tool like this for a LONG time.

For me, now that I've used the Nano since it was introduced for all types of detailing duties, the way I use it for 99.99999999% of my work is in rotary mode with 1" foam cutting pads, sometimes microfiber cutting pads and once in a while foam polishing pad.
I rarely if ever us it in free spin mode with either the 3mm or the 12mm orbit heads.

I should of stated the current model. I saw in another post someone was saying it got a little warm. I was hoping on talking the wife and daughter on getting me one for Christmas, so I was wondering on the current model or holding out for the new model after reading this tread about the new one. I'm sure either way I can't go wrong.

Any update as to where that pallet is now? Thank you
