Remove paint scratches without removing my top coat S2000

So I'm crushed...I get compliments all the time how my S2000 looks new when its actually 17 years old. I've been forced the past 6 months after a big move to keep it in my pops garage which has about 4in. of "leeway" on either side...one day he was bringing it in and scratch the entire passenger door with paint and its on the surface. I will try to include a pic here. Basically paint scratched on top of the clear coat finish on the door. If anyone can help me use some method or some item to remove the paint scratches without repainting the whole door I'd sure appreciate it. I didn't really speak to anyone for 3 days after this...she and I have been together for 13 years, I'm slightly attached...

Welcome to the forum and sorry for your loss. A good professional detailer may be able to remove many of the scratches depending on the depth and severity. I don’t see anything down to the primer so you may be ok. If it is down to the primer you are in for a repaint. Good luck.
