    Nanoskin DA

Have you tried the nanoskin 21mm?
If so what are your thoughts?
I’ve used the machine a couple times and the interface keeps burning out

If that's truly the name of your business, I would highly recommend you change it immediately. You're not fooling anyone with what you think is an inside joke. If you wouldn't go as far as to spell the whole thing out, then you shouldn't abbreviate it with just the letters...

    Yeah.... that's classy AF!

See the thing is I didn’t ask what you thought about the name my guy the question was about the DA. Why on earth would I take anything you have to say into consideration? #♂️

Never used that polisher, but it looks similar to a Rupes 21.

What part is the interface? Is it the part where the rubber touches the backing plate?

If so, you could lightly lube the plate with dielectric grease, or install a spaces so those two parts no longer rub.

It works as well as the rupes 21 and it is lubricated well. just seems to be producing too much heat

Because this was posted in my forum group,

Ask Mike Phillips your detailing questions!

    I want to chime in...

First to the OP, sorry for the delay in answering, been a tick busy lately....

My Classic Car - Behind the scenes!

Then on to your questions about the Nanoskin 21mm long stroke orbital polisher?

While Autogeek carries Nanoskin products and I like their clay substitute products, at this time Autogeek does not carry their orbital polisher(s).

So - I have not used this polisher and therefor have no real-world, hands-on experience to provide any info, answers or insights. Because tools are for the most part a zero-sum-gain item to carry for resale, (that means companies don't make any money selling tools), I doubt we'll carry this tool moving into the future.
