    HD Speed + Meguiar's UFF?

Hi everyone. I will be getting some HD Speed along with a polisher, pads, etc. in a few days as my father's day present. I picked HD Speed from Mike's recommendation on a forum post a while back about a great AIO cleaner/wax for daily driver cars. My question is this. I have a can of UFF that I purchased with Meguiars Ultimate Wax because Meguiar's stated that UFF was designed to go on top of their ultimate wax. Can I use the UFF on top of the HD Speed? Would there be any benefit? I'm hoping the UFF would extend the life of the HD Speed.

I'm brand new to all of this stuff but have been loving what I have been reading so far. Thanks everyone

You absolutely can use UFF on Speed. Benefit, adding a longer-lasting dedicated sealant. Speed is made of HD Polish and Proxy. You could always add Proxy, but UFF will work just fine.

I've used quite a few toppers on Speed. (Collinite 845, 476s, Griot's liquid, DG Aqua wax, etc.)

All played very nicely with Speed. I'm sure UFF would be fine as well.

I have used that exact combo and it works great. I have used Hd speed and uff several times and they are both excellent products.

    I have never used UFF.

If you ever decide to venture out—HD Poxy is awesome as a Speed topper.

Yes. It's sister product. If I didn't already own all these LSP's, I'd try Poxy.

Thanks for all the responses! I appreciate the insights. I am going to go ahead and use the UFF since I already bought it. I'll have to look at the HD Poxy after that.

Do you guys do an IPA wipe before topping HD speed with any other wax / sealant?

Re: HD Speed + Meguiar's UFF?

Nah UFF is better than POXY in my experience so far. POXY maybe lasts 3-4 weeks here in my area. UFF beats that without even trying.

UFF is an excellent topper or stand alone. Contact angle is not as strong as say PNS but is easier to apply and much slicker feeling. I’m still in my first round of running UFF but super pleased with it. And really I thought it was gonna be nothing great
