    Commercial Ozone Generator 6,000mg Industrial O3 Air Purifier Deodorizer Sterilizer from Amazon... I removed smoke odors from a car with it... watch YouTube videos on how to use it. They really do work. I'd use it in the trunk first, then if needed in the car.

    Fairly inexpensive considering...

    I'll second the ozone generator. I use one for my hunting clothes and any funk on them is gone after about 15 minutes. Have also used it in my kid's room to get rid of the dirty diaper smell. They work.

    Try some charcoal briquettes in a paper bag for a couple days to absorb the odors. Lay bag in trunk area and cut a few slits in the top of the bag. Not the kind of charcoal that already has the charcoal starter in it.
