New Tractor whats best product for outside elements.
I have a customer that just bought a new Kubota Backhoe, He wants me to put a seal or protection coat on it. The equipment will be in some harsh condition and he wants to protect the paint as best he can. What would you recommend that I start and finish with? Thank you

I’d go with SONAX Polymer Net Shield.
Good stuff. Easy to use. Lasts a long time. Next best thing to an actual ceramic paint coating. Easy to re-apply.

Re: New Tractor whats best product for outside elements.
Here's a write-up I did 6 years ago for SONAX Polymer Net Shield.
1987 Corvette Show Car Makeover - SONAX Showcase
Here's what I coined as a "Walk-Around Video" where I share what we used and the after results. (The before results are in the actual thread as I always document my work)
About 10 months later I reached out to the owner of the car and asked him how the finish was holding up, he replied in post 34, here's what he said,

Literally NO drying work involved, the product does it for you!
I've witnessed this myself and when I do a budget detail afterwards I apply this to the hood, roof and trunk lid. It only takes seconds and impresses the car owner.
Here's the link to get some...
SONAX Profiline Nano Polish
And the nutshell version of how to apply it is after washing and drying the Kuboto Tractor, spray either a foam applicator pad or one side of a folded microfiber towel and basically apply and spread out a THIN layer over the paint and basically anything on the outside of this equipment as it's pretty universal in what you can apply it to. Then take a clean, dry microfiber towel and wipe any excess off.
That's it.
When first using it I would highly recommend applying to a single section or panel like a fender and get a feel for how it applies and wipes off in your temperature/humidity/environment and the you can decide if you want to keep applying and wiping off section by section or apply to the entire tractor and then wipe off.
Hope this helps...

Tell you upfront.... if this thing no matter what it looks like is BRAND NEW - then RIGHT NOW is the time to seal it before the paint become contaminated in any way.
It will be easier, faster and the application of anything will be more efficient.
