Best product for maintaining"Nuluxe" (fake leather in Lexus)

Which product(s) is best for cleaning and conditioning this material. It feels and looks like leather but I am not sure which product to use. Can you please recommend some.

What year is it? More than likely it has a coating over it and all it needs is a mild cleaner and a damp towel wipe down.

The seats must be in good condition, if so, just use a mild cleaner and wipe clean.

If it makes you feel better you can apply a conditioner, but remember it's just sitting on top of the clear urethane coating.
