So the dark spots in the middle are what you're talking about? And you dried a larger spot around each? Or did you just wipe the whole panel? The dark spots turn "smokey white"? or the larger area?

Wasn't paying attention and thought what elderado posted was your pictures. From your picture it's still kind of hard to tell but if it turns white like you said then it's most likely clear coat failure.

That's pretty hard to tell from that picture what those spots are. Have you tried any kind of paint cleaner or light polish on them? Or wait until it dries and take another picture.

Anywhere from $600-$3000 depending on how good of quality you decide to pay for. Take it to Macco and pay for the their $600 job and it'll look like crap.
