Hey guys, are there any negatives to waxing in the cold? I mean (5C or 41F). I just put a coat of megs ultimate liquid wax on my car. It took a little longer ~20-25 mins to haze before I could buff it off. But to let it cure should I wait longer because its cold?

All I can say is that I applied collinite 476s in cold weather and it has held up fine. Why are you worried about cure time? Are you going to top it with another wax/layer?

It will take a little longer and harder for everything to work....IMO that's about it. As for the final result should be the same as if it was in warmer weather. As for working in the cold weather I would wait till it gets warmer....at least 55 degrees or better.
