Hello fellow Geeks!

My mobile business it doing great, but I'm looking to get a fixed location so I can add dealer work and extra profit centers. I'm doing my business plan at the moment and I'm having one issue. What should I put for utilities? It will be a 3 bay shop, with two bathrooms, "chemical" closet, and a waiting room.

People that have or had a shop, what was your average bill? My shop will be more of a production shop than a "Auto-Geek" shop. I will be using electric pressure washers, and well as a Mytee Lite II and the Mytee continuous feed steamer. Mostly focusing on dealer work with some retail customers.

Thanks and Happy Easter!

I forgot to mention that I am located in Muscle Shoals, Alabama. Northwest corner of Alabama. Water is $5.50 per 3,000 gallons. Here is a screenshot from the power board. 42200

The landlord said the previous tenant was a auto garage and the largest utility bill was $189, but they had a large compressor for tools and the lift.
