With pollen season starting i wanted to ask. One issue i have with rinseless wash is during pollen season it feels like by the time im done with the wash the car has a thin layer of pollen on it again. Is it better to use a hose during pollen season? Any tips?

If there's pollen flying at around there's nothing you can do to prevent it from being there. Just more constant washing

Yes, inevitable and a hose wash will result in the same thing.

No preventing it, but before I start a Rinseless wash during pollen season is to rinse the car off before washing.... So I guess it's really not a Rinseless wash for me after all

I know the feeling. I plan on doing a rinseless wash on my wife's Yukon in the garage tonight, but it is just an uphill battle with the pollen.

My question is, do some of you just rinse off the car with the hose or HP wash real quick before the rinseless wash?

After that question, once you pull the ride in the garage, there are going to be some dry spots, just the nature of the beast in the south. Will the rinseless take care of any of these fresh water spots?

I just rinse down in the driveway with just the hose with a nozzle that has a little bit of pressure. The majority of the pollen washes away. After that, pull in the garage then do the Rinseless wash. Worked like a charm for me on my wife's black Tiguan and my silver 260z

I washed mine yesterday and as I was drying it off I noticed pollen settling on the hood I just dried 10 minutes prior!

Pollen is awful. I hate the stuff. Thankfully the rain is holding it down some, but I hate rain too.

I Rinseless Wash customers cars at the Post Office in the parking lot. The cars are covered in pollen. I saturate each panel with ONR and wash with the Big Red Sponge and have never had a problem

I would also rinse down if it is heavy pollen or as minimum pre-soak with rinseless solution then do rinseless.
