The traditional wheel-well brush will not fit between the tire and wheel-well. Suggestions for an alternate brush or tool to the below?

I tried this one... Although it fit... The end was too pointed.

Anyone try the below Wheel-woolies? Dimensions of the handle?

Wheel woolies the largest one should help also getting a old wash mitt or cheap one and stick your hand in is also another idea followed by jacking the vehicle up to gain the much needed access

Also consider this too

Although the wheel Woolies would fit, I don't think it is an appropriate use of the tool. Try cutting the strands down on the green one.

For wheel wells with a small clearance space, I use these brushes.

Actually, I use them for all wheel wells, they work great. And best of all they only cost 99 cents so I always have spares just in case they end up trashed. It's a simple dishwashing brush. This perticular 1 is for my carpet art.

I find the Speedmaster wheel brush to work great, not sure why you had a problem with it, you can flex the end to whatever shape you want. If you're having issues that bad maybe you need to jack up the car.
