A local detailing storefront had a Flex demo day on both heir new polishers.

They weren't quiet production, as the internals had metal bearings? and final production will have rubber coated? Or something

But anyways
I like the feel of the new 15mm .
It worked well, should of brought my G21 to see which was smoother side by side..

The forced rotation was different.
Not sure if I was digging it..but it was only half the trunk vs getting accustomed to it over doing a while car

They're both definitely worth buying and having I. Your arsenal
Curious to how much smoother the production will be versus the ones at the demo today

Thank you, nothingface.

Did they say when production units would be available?

They're doing preorders now and pretty sure you'd receive them within 2 to 3 weeks

The flex rep that was here today will be down Detail Fest in Florida. You Floridians will get a chance very soon

Interested in the new forced rotation unit.
Wondering if the additional smoothness and heat reduction will make it a more pleasant tool to use.

Have you used a 3401 or Rupes 15 before? Just to make a comparison with these.

Nope, just Boss 21 and Rupes mini
He had the Xc 3401 there but I didn't feel the need to try it.
As for the walking issue, it was very minimal for my first time.
I've held it like I would my G21. Whereas I should of held it differently(hand tobthe left side instead of top) to counteract the motion of the forced rotation..you have to obviously keep lad flat and pressure even between head and handle where your other hand is.
