303 Multi Surface cleaner question.

I've read a few places that 303 says this is the same as their old carpet cleaner, just with a new name and bottle. I use to use the carpet cleaner, and I have a question. Unless I'm going crazy I remember it being dilutable. Am I remember correctly? I recall diluting it 7:1, this newer stuff has no mention of diluting it on the bottle.
