Can anyone identify this pad?

Received an order from AG yesterday and this pad was in the box. I didn't order it and there was no mention of it on my packing slip. I'm thinking maybe for tire dressing or bug removal. Thanks to AG for throwing a freebie in there, just wish I knew what is was for.

Any help would be appreciated.

It is a free gift for purchasing tire care products. It was a promotion. I believe it was for tire dressing.

Thanks AZMike. Thought it might be for tire dressing. I did order some Sonax so that makes sense. There were no markings or anything, so was curious.
