Had a new client reach out to us about something special to him. His sister was out of town and he wanted to surprise her with a freshly detailed van as a token of his appreciation for her. This has always been something we love to do for people, as a clean car is an absolutely great gift to give.

The main focus was the interior, however the client wanted to be sure the outside looked great as well! Of course-- by nature of my employees work ethic he saw how trashed the interior was and realized 'Hey-- Better get started!'-- so no before's -- but let me tell you, multiple children and this thing was in your typical soccer mom van condition! Over 3 hours on the interior alone.

The process:

Cleaning:
Optimum No Rinse Wash & Shine Wash
Opti-Clay (yellow)

Interior:
Optimum Power Clean 3:1
Pet Rock
Rubber Glove trick
Heavy Vacuuming
VX5000 Steamer (various attachments)
Spot extraction (Bissell Little Green Machine)

Exterior:
Optimum Hyper Polish
Optimum Foam Pad (Orange)
Optimum ZenTool
Opti-Seal (All exterior surfaces-- minus windshield and rear window)

With or without before pics one would still have a time believing this van was in such neglect for the reason you made it look as if it just rolled out of the show room but only with more precession/perfection

This is proof you can train someone with NO experience to do a great job. This one was scheduled by my employee and I never laid a hand on it.

He's been with me for about 8 months now and is absolutely killing it.

That's awesome. Hard workers are difficult to find, at least for me.
